NISG's Board Directions - Constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee, under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013

In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) hereby constitutes the Internal Complaints Committee of NISG as under:

(a) Ms Kavita Bhatia, Scientist G, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology- Presiding Officer, ex officio

(b) Dr. Manasi Mishra, Head of Department, Research and Knowledge Management, Centre for Social Research, New Delhi - Member (until further orders)

(c) Mr Srinath Chakravarthy, Senior Vice President, NISG - Member, ex officio

(d) Ms Anupriya Jain, Manager, NISG - Member, ex officio

Further, Ms Priya Sikka, Manager, Business HR, NISG is hereby designated as Nodal Officer, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). As Nodal Officer, ICC, she shall be responsible for rendering and causing to be rendered necessary secretarial support to the ICC and its Presiding Officer, for the purposes of discharge of their duties under the provision of the aforesaid Act.

The ICC committee members are:

3. Ms. Anupriya Jain (Manager-BHR, NISG)
