The National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) invites eligible agencies, consulting organisations, implementation partners, academic institutions, domain experts, and specialised firms for empanelment to support Digital Governance and e-Government initiatives across India. Through this Request for Empanelment (RFE), NISG seeks to build a strong ecosystem of strategic and technology partners capable of contributing to policy advisory, project consultancy, implementation support, programme management, emerging technologies, capacity building, and other Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives.

 

Empanelled agencies may be invited to participate in project-specific assignments through Expressions of Interest (EOI), Terms of Reference (TOR), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) issued by NISG from time to time. The empanelment shall remain a continuous process, enabling interested organisations to submit proposals throughout the year.
