Title              : A White Paper on Citizen Centric Service Delivery Through e-Governance Portal - Present Scenario in India
Description :  
Most of the state governments have developed their portals to disseminate different types of information to the citizens. But these portals are developed from the view point of the Government. They are primarily focused on how the government department wants to put it forward. Citizen centricity is about shifting the focus of government around designing the portal from the view point of the citizen and businesses. This white paper looks at Government service delivery through e-Governance portal in five Indian states namely Goa, Delhi, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh and Karnatka.
